Due to the weekly markets where you can enjoy different Mallorquin specialities and the all year-round opened local restaurants, this area is popular for Mallorca residents as well as for owners of a second domicile. Although it represents a rural area, the connection to the capital Palma de Mallorca and its airport is excellent as you can reach it in aprox. 20 minutes drive on the motorway. Furthermore, the golf courses of Santa Ponsa I, II and III, the golf course of Poniente as well as the Royal Golf Club of Bendinat are five excellent courses which are also situated in the surroundings.
