Only 3 minutes by car to the beach! The washing machine is hidden in the utility room, the floor is made of terracotta tiles.
Water comes from the property's own well and is supplied to the household via a two-chamber cistern: it flows from the first chamber through a Marés stone filter into the 50,000-liter tank, where it is naturally mineralized. Solar panels on the roof provide hot water. Electricity comes from the nearby town of Capdepera.
“Es Clonanell,” as the finca is called, is a place to immerse yourself in Mallorca, if you are living without pets. With the nearby country road 4042, which leads from the artist town of Artà over 10.6 km to the famous caves of Artà in Canyamel, you are well connected without having to forgo the sought-after tranquility. The neighbors are Spanish - and far enough away for sufficient privacy and relaxed hours by the newly built saltwater pool (completed in June 2025). Around the pool, another pool terrace will be built in the winter of 2025/2026.
An unbeatable advantage is that the owner, who has installed much himself, can be immediately available for any technical issues that arise - so to speak, on call. He also optionally offers to introduce you to the production of Sobrasada, the Mallorcan paprika sausage, or Hierbas, the famous Mallorcan liqueur. The finca will be available for rent again from 7 December 2025 onwards.

Capdepera: Location and surroundings of this property
Capdepera is a medieval citadel with very particular charm. The placid town with a historical centre lies slightly above the sea and woos one with its well-preserved medieval fortress. Its characteristic traits include narrow streets, lovingly restored town houses and the marketplace with restaurants and colourful day-to-day life. Capdepera has maintained its original charm and may be seen as the antithesis of the frequented tourist destination Cala Ratjada. The harbour town of Cala Ratjada offers copious, year-around shopping and leisure opportunities. The beautiful beaches and bays invite for a swim. In just ten minutes’ drive, one also reaches the medieval town of Artà, with its numerous restaurants, cafés and lovely shops.
