Reporting channel

In the context of the entry into force of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, and its transposition into Spanish law through Law 2/2023, of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and on the fight against corruption, this reporting system has been established.

This reporting system enables individuals to report, in a secure and accessible manner, any actual or suspected misconduct, irregularity, or regulatory breach that may affect the company or the wellbeing of individuals. The system must not be used to submit knowingly false or misleading information. The submission of reports made in bad faith may give rise to legal liability.

All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection and whistleblower protection regulations.
