El seu ampli porxo és fantàstic per a un menjar al fresc cuinant una barbacoa o asseure's a descansar en els seus sofàs. La casa amb uns 300 m2 construïts en tres plantes s'ha decorat en un estil rústic i nàutic local amb una còmoda i convenient distribució. La planta baixa amb bonics arcs i bigues de fusta vista hi ha un saló menjador cuina de pla obert i un dormitori doble de 2 llits, tot això amb accés a un gran porxo moblat enfront de la piscina. A més en aquesta planta hi ha una neteja amb dutxa. A la planta superior hi ha tres dormitoris dobles, el principal amb lavabo dutxa en suite i els altres amb dos llits en cadascun que comparteixen un bany amb banyera. Els tres amb vistes al jardí i piscina. En el semisoterrani hi ha un apartament amb accés interior i exterior amb dos dormitoris de dos llits, un bany amb banyera i un saló amb TV, sofàs, menjador i kitchenette. En aquesta planta no hi ha aire condicionat, els dormitoris són més frescos i tenen ventiladors de sostre. Una zona ideal per als més independents. El seu agradable i cuidada decoració combina perfectament amb l'estil rústic de la propietat que sens dubte ofereix un allotjament idíl·lic per a aquells que vulguin descansar i gaudir prop de la platja.

Location and surroundings of this property

The beautiful old town of Pollensa has a population of more than 16,000 and is part of the Municipality of Pollensa, that also includes Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The town is 6 km from the coast and 58 from the airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca. The old town is characterised by narrow streets and the old market square. The town has a medley of cafes, bars, eateries and small hotels. Pollensa offers a special insight into the Mediterranean lifestyle that has evolved over the centuries, it is a town with history that values its traditions and customs. In the early 1920s, Pollensa became a popular destination for famous painters, writers and musicians who visited the island. Today Pollensa continues to be important to the cultural and art worlds promoting and hosting concerts and exhibitions of relevance, such as the International Music Festival held during the summer months. The event calendar is busy in Pollensa the most notable occasions being the festivals of Sant Antoni in January the Easter celebrations and the week-long festivities of the patron saint ‘La Patrona Mare de Déu dels Àngels’ from the 26th July to and including the 2nd of August. Also well worth visiting is the wine fair in April and the Sunday markets held every week. Points of interest include the convent on the Puig de Maria, where there are fantastic 360º views and a great cafe, and if you book you can even sleep there for a small sum. There is a Roman Bridge, which probably is not Roman and the 365 steps of the Calvario, here too there is a great little cafe at the top to recover from the climb and relish the huge views to both the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia.
