This new development project for the construction of a total of nine terraced houses is located in Sencelles, a quiet place surrounded by fields as well as vineyards, ideal for nature enthusiasts, hikers or cyclists. Sencelles è un comune del centro di Maiorca, composto dall'omonima cittadina e da frazioni come Biniali, Ruberts, Jornets, Judi e Cascanar Laiar, che hanno un fascino particolare, soprattutto per chi ama uno stile di vita rurale e tranquillo. La zona offre diversi negozi di alimentari, oltre a ristoranti e caffè, una farmacia e un centro sportivo, tra gli altri. Conta circa 3.000 abitanti e il mercato settimanale si tiene ogni mercoledì. Il paesaggio circostante fa parte della regione vinicola con la denominazione d'origine di Binissalem. Ci sono diverse cantine, come la "Celler Can Ramis", che produce e vende il proprio vino, la cantina "Son Prim", dove è possibile degustare il loro raccolto. La città è nota per la statua di Suor Sor Francinaina Cirer, santificata nel 1989. Alcuni elementi e caratteristiche della sua vita sono conservati nella sua casa natale (XVIII-XIX secolo) presso il convento delle Suore della Carità.
