In the rear section, fitted with carpeting, there is the sleeping area and the tiled bathrooms. The living room and the master bedroom offer a magnificent sea view. The main house also includes two large garages with 42 m² and 45 m², which can be used as workshops, as well as a carport with a wood store for the living room fireplace. Heating, air conditioning, and hot water are supplied electrically via a boiler; since the renovation in 2012, the windows and floor-to-ceiling patio doors have been made of solid wood with tilt/turn fittings and insulating glazing. The Finca has its own waterworks and two closed cisterns for intermediate storage of supplies from a local source. A piece of Mallorca for connoisseurs!
