Settling on Mallorca without having to forgo the comfort of a heated house in the Mallorcan winter becomes possible on this finca without a pool. The traditional-looking house with a natural-stone façade truly has a lot to offer: underfloor heating in all rooms of the main house, a modern eat-in kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms, and a living room with a conservatory feel, in front of whose deep windows a cozy covered veranda opens onto the large terrace. In terms of quality of life, the builder (and current seller) has thought of everything. A side wing used as a storage room cleverly flanks the house, creating a sheltered outdoor living area for summer. From the large terrace in front of the bungalow, you look out over the landscape with palm trees as well as over the property’s own driveway with automatic gate. In total, almost 100 m² of terrace space has been created, 57 m² of it covered. The finca also has a guest apartment with a separate entrance, featuring a bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen, and it can be heated by infrared. Electricity comes from the nearby town of Artà, which can be reached on paved paths in about 20 minutes on foot, while the water supply is provided by a private, approved deep well. The underfloor heating and the hot-water boiler are heated from a gas tank. A highlight is certainly the garden with irrigation and its old, well-maintained trees, which have been pruned all around every year—cultivated vegetation instead of overgrowth. Originally built in 1914, the finca is in very good condition: after a complete renovation in 2000, during which the roof, floors, windows and doors as well as all pipes and cables were renewed, it has been continuously modernized ever since. For example, in 2017 it received a new roof, new bathrooms and a new fitted kitchen. The gas boiler for the underfloor heating dates from 2021, and the air conditioning as well as the glass windows from 2022. The guest apartment was completed in 2023/2024 and is accessible from the second of the two entrance gates. Living on Mallorca and growing older suddenly becomes easy.

The charming centre of the small medieval town of Artá in the northeast of Mallorca offers numerous pleasant restaurants, cafés and shops which invite you to go shopping all year round.
