Durant generacions s'ha conservat aquest diamant en brut que es troba en més de 250 hectàrees prop del poble d'Establiments, amb frondosos arbres centenaris, vistes panoràmiques del camp circumdant i les muntanyes. Durant centenars d'anys la terra agrícola ha servit com a font d'ingressos, amb cultius de garrofers i ametlles, així com olives de les quals extreuien l'oli en la seva pròpia almàssera. També comercia amb ovelles. El camí d'entrada que condueix a la casa principal està vorejat per majestuosos eucaliptus que es troben sota protecció, culminant en la clastra que envolta la mansió, així com l'antiga tafona i la casa principal amb vista a gran part de les seves terres. La mansió data de 1698 i consta de 4 plantes amb 2.838 metres quadrats, distribuïts en salons, cuines, dormitoris, alguns amb banys en suite, a més d'àmplies terrasses i balconades. Cada habitació té enormes finestrals, des d'on es pot gaudir d'unes vistes privilegiades del camp, la muntanya i la ciutat de Palma. Envoltat d'un esplèndid jardí, hi ha una bella capella on se celebraven els serveis religiosos de tots els pobles propers fins que es va construir l'església local d'Establiments. Des de llavors s'ha utilitzat per a esdeveniments familiars. Establiments is a residential area located in the North of Palma de Mallorca. It is a very well-looked upon, high-in-demand area due to its proximity to the city centre whilst also offering easy access to all amenities of daily life and green, tranquil surroundings. The area is mainly made up of highly residential zones, home to beautiful country estates and charming fincas. The district borders the municipalities of Esporles and Puigpunent to the north and west, respectively, and the districts of Son Anglada and Secar de la Real to the south and the suburb of Son Espanyol to the east. Establiments dates back to the 16th century, although the territory of the current neighbourhood was occupied much earlier. Prehistoric remains can be found in the nearby Son Bauçà and Ca'n Mallol caves and during the period when much of Spain was under Muslim rule, from the 700s-1400s AD, agriculture developed in the area. Once an independent municipality, Establiments became part of Palma in 1910.
