This charming country house is located on a 2,000 m2 plot in the quiet urbanization of Ses Rotgetes de Canet. The own land with 35 different trees, including twelve orange trees, three lemon trees, a fig tree, an apricot tree, almond trees, olive trees is a dream retreat for nature lovers, cyclists, hikers and of course for families with children. The terraces, the covered outdoor grill and the pool with a good size of 42 m2 and a depth of 1.10 to 2.20 meters offer the highest of life quality time. Palma city centre is within a 15-minute drive. The equally beautiful and authentic Tramuntana village of Esporlas is a five-minute drive away. Here you will find all the shops for daily needs, cafes, restaurants, bodegas, boutiques and hotels. The house offers on the main floor a spacious living-dining room with access to the sunny terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen, three bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and another bathroom are still housed here. On the upper floor is another room that can be used as a bedroom or office. The adjoining roof terrace has an outside stair so that you could also have a separate guest suite there. In the basement of the house is space for one or two cars. The most well-known attraction around Esporles is undoubtedly "Sa Granja", an impressive historic mansion and museum dating back to Roman times and the island's feudal past. The village is divided into Old town (Vilavella) and New town (Vilanova) and is particularly popular with nature lovers and locals, as it isn’t on the typical tourist trail. Esporles is the ideal place to practice outdoor sports; hiking, cycling, canoeing and climbing are all typical leisure activities for this region. There is also a busy calendar of small events and fiestas with the most famous being the annual pastry food festival in October. Over the years Esporles has attracted a large number of international residents, partly due to its quiet location and proximity to Palma and the airport.
