This shop is situated in one of the busiest squares in Palma and has great exposure to passers-by. The premises were sold for 105.000€ including all the commercial inventory which has a value of 30.000€ and with a rent of 1.500€ per month. The premises measures about 100m2 and was renovated 2 years ago, also inside there is a storeroom and a toilet.
