Built in 1900, this finca was extensively renovated and modernised in 2013 and leaves nothing to be desired. About 2km from the village of Montuiri, you reach this wonderful house through an automatic gate and its own driveway, passing orange and lemon trees. There are many terraces, so you can always find sun or shade, depending on the season and time of day. The view of Montuiri at sunset is particularly beautiful. The house itself is equipped with underfloor heating (heat pump) as well as floor cooling and additional air conditioning units in the bedrooms. One enters the house through the bright open plan kitchen/dining room area with high ceiling and then into the cosy living room with fireplace.
