Located midway between the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa, and Pollença, this charming property is a true traditional country house, once part of a small estate that still keeps domestic animals such as ducks, chickens, and sheep. Beautifully restored and tastefully decorated, it retains its authentic rural character while offering all modern comforts for a perfect family stay.
The estate is fully fenced and surrounded by fruit trees, Mediterranean plants, and spacious green areas. Next to the heated pool, a pergola with loungers invites relaxation, while an optional safety fence provides peace of mind for families with young children.
Spread over two floors, the villa is decorated in warm tones with rustic touches, terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, and stone walls, blending country charm with modern appliances and stylish bathrooms. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, and the property also features central heating.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility, a bedroom with two single beds, and a separate bathroom with a shower. The cozy living-dining room with fireplace and TV offers a welcoming atmosphere, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast table. An outdoor laundry room with washing machine completes this level.
The upper floor hosts a double bedroom with a private terrace, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with two single beds.
Outside, the villa offers views of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounding fields, a well-kept garden with seating, an outdoor dining space with barbecue, and a children’s play area—perfect for al fresco meals under the sun or stars.

Pollensa: Location and surroundings of this property

The beautiful old town of Pollensa has a population of more than 16,000 and is part of the Municipality of Pollensa, that also includes Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The town is 6 km from the coast and 58 from the airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca. The old town is characterised by narrow streets and the old market square. The town has a medley of cafes, bars, eateries and small hotels. Pollensa offers a special insight into the Mediterranean lifestyle that has evolved over the centuries, it is a town with history that values its traditions and customs. In the early 1920s, Pollensa became a popular destination for famous painters, writers and musicians who visited the island. Today Pollensa continues to be important to the cultural and art worlds promoting and hosting concerts and exhibitions of relevance, such as the International Music Festival held during the summer months. The event calendar is busy in Pollensa the most notable occasions being the festivals of Sant Antoni in January the Easter celebrations and the week-long festivities of the patron saint ‘La Patrona Mare de Déu dels Àngels’ from the 26th July to and including the 2nd of August. Also well worth visiting is the wine fair in April and the Sunday markets held every week. Points of interest include the convent on the Puig de Maria, where there are fantastic 360º views and a great cafe, and if you book you can even sleep there for a small sum. There is a Roman Bridge, which probably is not Roman and the 365 steps of the Calvario, here too there is a great little cafe at the top to recover from the climb and relish the huge views to both the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia.
