A private, approved well supplies the garden, house, and a water reserve through three cisterns, with the water for the house being filtered and descaled. The equipment for pool electrolysis is new! And the electricity comes from the town of Artà, which can also be seen from the upper terrace.

The charming centre of the small medieval town of Artá in the northeast of Mallorca offers numerous pleasant restaurants, cafés and shops which invite you to go shopping all year round. The weekly market, which takes place every Tuesday, is well known all over the island. The town's theatre, among other places, shows a varied cultural programme. The surroundings of Artá offer a wide range of leisure activities with numerous natural beaches and four golf courses. There are also two marinas in the immediate vicinity. Nature lovers and hikers will enjoy the nearby Parque Natural de la Península de Llevant. The nearest beaches are in Cala Ratjada, Canyamel and Cala Millor. The municipality of Artà also includes the beautiful coastal settlement of Colònia de St. Pere.
