It’s just a 10 minute walk to the center of town, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy. Cala Deia is also within easy reach, about 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot. Inside, the home features two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, sitting area, and an upstairs TV room. A small garden provides a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. A popular local café, S’Hortet, is just around the corner, serving breakfast, lunch, smoothies, and coffee. The house does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided. It sleeps four comfortably, or five with the use of a sofa bed.

Deià is a sunny town located on the western coast of Mallorca, a 20-minute drive from Sóller. Many beautiful houses, villas and country estates in Deià offer great views to the Tramuntana and the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.
