This new development project for the construction of a total of nine terraced houses is located in Sencelles, a quiet place surrounded by fields as well as vineyards, ideal for nature enthusiasts, hikers or cyclists. Sencelles also offers all the necessary services such as schools, restaurants, supermarkets or pharmacies. Each house is planned to have a private outdoor area of about 70 m2 with private pool, except for house 8, which will have an outdoor area of about 15 m2, but will have a jacuzzi on the rooftop. House 9 will have an outdoor area of about 95m2, private pool and large exterior facade, and the largest rooftop of the entire footprint of the house. Each property will have a parking space. The construction will begin shortly and completion is scheduled for early 2025. Prices range from €575,000 to €650,000, depending on the features and size.

Sencelles is a municipality in the centre of Mallorca, and is comprised of a town of the same name and hamlets, such as Biniali, Ruberts, Jornets, Judi, and Cascanar Laiar, which have a special charm, especially for those who admire a rural peaceful lifestyle. It provides several grocery stores, as well as restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy and sports centre, amongst others. It has around 3.000 inhabitants and the weekly market is held every Wednesday. The surrounding landscape is part of the wine region with the denomination of origin of Binissalem. There are a number of wineries, such as the "Celler Can Ramis", which produces and sells its own wine, "Son Prim" winery where you can taste their harvest. The town is well-known for its statue of Sister Sor Francinaina Cirer, who was sanctified in 1989. Some of the elements and features from her life are preserved at her birthplace (18th - 19th century) at the convent of the Sisters of Charity. Sencelles is very well connected with the rest of the towns and is about 30 minutes’ drive away from the centre of Palma, the airport, and nearby beaches.
