  Alaró: Emplacement et environnement de ce bien 
------------------------------------------------

 Le village pittoresque d'Alaró est situé dans une vallée tranquille entre deux montagnes bien connues du sud de la chaîne de montagnes de Tramuntana. Il se trouve au centre de l'île de Majorque et compte actuellement plus de 5 700 habitants. Elle se trouve à environ 20 minutes du centre de Palma, ainsi que des plages les plus proches et de l'aéroport. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, ainsi que notre magnifique bureau Engel & Völkers sur la place de la ville. Il se distingue par son architecture ancienne et ses belles rues pavées dans la partie la plus ancienne du village, ainsi que par la nature environnante. Alaró accueille un marché hebdomadaire tous les samedis, où l'on peut trouver des produits frais et des vêtements locaux. En outre, ses habitants de différentes nationalités lui confèrent une grande diversité culturelle. L'un des sites les plus célèbres est le Castell d'Alaró, situé au sommet de la montagne à 822 mètres d'altitude et classé site d'intérêt culturel. Le château offre une vue imprenable sur la campagne majorquine et sur la baie de Palma. Il se trouve à environ deux heures de marche du centre du village. C'est un village populaire pour les cyclistes et les randonneurs, car il possède quelques-uns des meilleurs itinéraires de l'île. L'industrie la plus importante du village était l'industrie de la chaussure, qui comptait autrefois 30 usines et qui comprend encore aujourd'hui l'atelier de Tony Mora, mondialement connu pour ses bottes de cow-boy fabriquées à la main.
