  Sóller: Emplacement et environnement de ce bien

 Sóller, ville animée située au cœur de la Tramuntana, près de la magnifique côte ouest de l'île, possède certains des biens immobiliers les plus exclusifs de Majorque : maisons de ville, propriétés rurales traditionnelles et villas élégantes. Elle se trouve à 30 minutes de Palma, grâce à son tunnel gratuit. Sóller a excellé dans le commerce international des agrumes au cours des XVIIIe et XIXe siècles, ce qui a permis la construction du train de Palma au début du XXe siècle. Un tramway reliant Sóller à son port a suivi peu après. Avec leurs pittoresques wagons d'origine, le train de Palma et le tramway en bois reliant la ville au port continuent de faire le bonheur des touristes. Le style de vie cosmopolite de Sóller lui a permis de devenir l'un des hauts lieux du modernisme dans le pays. C'est un endroit idéal pour pratiquer le trekking, le VTT ou l'escalade, et le club de golf Son Termes se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture. La ville dispose d'une belle offre de restaurants, de bars, de cafétérias, d'hôtels et de centres de bien-être, et son marché local du samedi est florissant. Elle possède un merveilleux jardin botanique, des musées, comme le musée Can Prunera, et une exposition de Joan Miró et Pablo Picasso à la gare, ancienne maison d'été où les deux artistes avaient l'habitude de se rencontrer. La ville célèbre des fêtes annuelles populaires comme "Es Firó" et des événements culturels comme le Festival de musique classique du port de Sóller.
