  Puerto Pollensa: Emplacement et environnement de ce bien 
----------------------------------------------------------

 Puerto de Pollensa (Port de Pollença en catalan) est situé au nord de l'île, à seulement 6 km de la ville de Pollensa. Grâce au développement du tourisme, l'ancien port de pêche est devenu un point névralgique international qui, grâce à ses excellentes options hôtelières et gastronomiques, est aujourd'hui une destination charmante, en particulier pour les familles. Elle offre une promenade de plage variée et une longue plage de sable fin avec des eaux généralement calmes, parfaites pour la pratique de toutes sortes de sports nautiques. Il existe une longue liste de bars et de restaurants où l'on peut prendre un bon repas tout en admirant la beauté de la baie, en particulier depuis la célèbre promenade des pins (Paseo de los pinos). Il s'agit d'une promenade très relaxante qui se termine par une zone militaire très discrète. Entouré de belles résidences d'été, de maisons individuelles et d'appartements, chaque visiteur sera enchanté par cet endroit spécial. Les propriétaires de bateaux y trouveront également des services nautiques fantastiques, un très beau port de plaisance et un super club nautique. D'autres zones d'intérêt sont la vallée de Boquer (La Vall de Bóquer), une fabuleuse vallée à la périphérie de la ville qui se termine par une belle crique aux eaux cristallines, le belvédère de La Creueta sur la route de Formentor, d'où l'on a une vue spectaculaire sur le port de Pollensa et jusqu'à la plage de Formentor, et la réserve naturelle de l'Albufera, d'une incroyable valeur ornithologique et botanique.
