In recent years, the price level in the entire central region of Mallorca has remained stable. However, due to the growing infrastructure and increased demand for exclusive properties in the popular Santa Maria area, the mountain villages of Alaró and Montuiri with fantastic valley views, as well as around the towns of Bunyola and Algaida, there will be price increases this year for houses, villas, fincas, and apartments. This makes cities like Binissalem, Santa Eugènia, and Consell increasingly attractive for property purchases or land acquisitions. Currently, the most affordable average prices for luxury fincas, villas, houses, and apartments can be found in the golfing paradise of Algaida and in the dynamic towns of Palmanyola and Son Ferriol, all three of which are adjacent to Palma and the International Airport.
