This wonderful property is within walking distance to Cala Major. It was built in 1930 and completely renovated in 2017, inside and outside, preserving the original character. The villa has a prestigious entrance with a well-kept garden of aromatic flowers. Through a beautiful staircase we reach the front area of the house where the pool is located and from where we have a beautiful view to the sea. The ground floor is divided into two living rooms, an open kitchen and a guest toilet. On the first floor we have 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a spacious living room. One of the bedrooms has a large terrace with stunning sea views. Next to the pool is a guest apartment with bedroom and bathroom.
