The middle floor is home to the family areas, which include a huge living room with sofas and fireplace, a large television and patio doors opening to a grand terrace with incredible views to the bay and which is fitted out for summer dining and relaxing in the shade. A big, very well equipped kitchen-diner and guest toilet and shower are also on the middle level. All four bedrooms are on the top floor and all have their own private bathroom. The master suite with its own private terrace has a super king size bed and bathroom with shower and tub, two double bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms and terrace access and the fourth bedroom is a twin room with sole use of a separate bathroom.
