The house has been carefully restored, retaining its original wooden-beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and traditional Arabic water collection system with a domed cistern. The entrance hall features a Mallorcan fireplace, a historic wood-burning oven, a traditional stone well with a pulley system, and a separate large, hand-carved stone sink. Solar panels provide hot water, adding an energy-efficient element to the home. The former olive press has been converted into a courtyard with landscaped garden, lily pond, wine cellar and seating areas.
