The garden has been aesthetically designed with great attention to detail and offers numerous places to sit and relax. The 56 m² seawater pool with covered pool terrace is located slightly away from the house. The two-storey house with 490 m² of living space was built in 2006 following the Mallorcan-Mediterranean building tradition, inspired by a well-known Mallorcan architect, and was extensively renovated and brought up to the latest technical standards in 2016 and 2023. An antique solid wooden door leads to the high entrance hall with staircase and gallery. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living and dining area with a covered terrace along the entire length of the house and wonderful views as far as the sea. A further living area on an intermediate level offers an inviting seating area in front of an open fireplace and panoramic window. To the right is a large room that serves as an office, but was originally designed as a separate guest suite with bathroom and can easily be converted again. On the upper floor of the house there are two bedrooms, each with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. To the left of the main flat is another guest suite with its own access. Features of this unique property include a large cellar with preparation for a spa area and wine cellar, underfloor heating, air conditioning in the four suites, own well, drinking water osmosis, two cisterns and a self-sufficient electricity system with solar panels and generator.
