This exceptional project is located in the picturesque village of Algaida, offering a unique opportunity to acquire a townhouse with character that seamlessly blends history with modern luxury. With construction already underway and completion scheduled for the end of 2026, this property of more than 100 years is being meticulously restored to preserve its original essence.
Situated on a quiet street, the house features a two-car garage with access from the rear a rare convenience in the village center. The renovation focuses on the use of the highest quality materials to ensure that every detail from natural stone elements and “marés” sandstone to exposed wooden beams is preserved and highlighted.
The ground floor is designed to maximize space and natural light. A spacious entrance hall welcomes you, followed by a generous living room with outdoor views. The open-plan kitchen and dining area form the heart of social life, while a guest bedroom with on-suite bathroom ensures privacy. A special touch is the original wine cellar, preserved with various possibilities for use.
Outdoors, the leisure area includes a 15 m² swimming pool and a large partially covered terrace, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. This space also connects directly to the garage.
The first floor houses the sleeping quarters, featuring a master bedroom with walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The construction qualities are outstanding: natural parquet floors in the bedrooms, porcelain stoneware in the main living areas, wooden bathroom furniture with natural stone, and custom-built wooden wardrobes. “Gris Zarci” marble floors will add an extra touch of elegance. The house will be equipped with underfloor central heating and central air conditioning with heat pump, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
This project represents a perfect fusion of traditional Mallorcan style and contemporary comfort, creating a unique residence with incomparable charm.

Algaida: Location and surroundings of this property
The small village of Algaida is nestled in the lowlands between Palma and Manacor. The old windmills that dot the village and its surroundings dominate the landscape, and are the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the name of the village. Off the beaten tourist track, Algaida receives only a small number of tourists all year round compared to the huge tourist centres of the island. It is one of the best places on the island to soak up authentic Mallorcan culture, especially if you are looking for quality local gastronomy. Algaida is made up of three urban centres: Algaida, with around 4,500 inhabitants, Pina, with around 500 inhabitants, and Randa, with just over 100 inhabitants. The highlight of the village is the Puig de Randa, a hill of 543 metres high and on its summit is the Santuario de Cura, a natural and cultural space that is part of the island's heritage, known as the famous philosopher Ramon Llull spent time in its sanctuary. It has several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy, and a sports centre. The beautiful village decorated with sand-coloured Mediterranean style houses is only 20 minutes away from the nearest beaches and the airport, and 30 minutes away from the centre of Palma.
