The main villa includes four spacious double bedrooms. Three feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth is currently arranged as a children’s room but could easily be used as a second lounge or study. The interiors are crafted with refined taste, showcasing elegant floor tiles, underfloor heating, integrated air conditioning, and custom-fitted wardrobes. The high-end kitchen, equipped with premium Miele appliances, flows seamlessly into a bright open-plan living and dining area, with direct access to the outdoor terraces.
A separate, fully independent guest house provides further accommodation with two additional en-suite bedrooms, its own open-plan kitchen, a cosy lounge, and a private terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape. Adjacent to the guest house, a pétanque court framed by tall palms offers a charming space for relaxed recreation.
Altogether, the estate boasts three fully-equipped kitchens: one in the main house, one in the guest house, and a stylish outdoor summer kitchen complete with bar and dining space for al fresco entertaining. Multiple terraces surround the home, creating inviting outdoor areas to relax or host gatherings. Manicured lawns and native Mediterranean plants fill the garden, which is irrigated by a private well to keep the grounds lush year-round. An outdoor WC and shower serve the pool area, and a classic red English phone box adds a playful, whimsical touch to the garden.

Pollensa: Location and surroundings of this property
The beautiful old town of Pollensa has a population of more than 16,000 and is part of the Municipality of Pollensa, that also includes Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The town is 6 km from the coast and 58 from the airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca. The old town is characterised by narrow streets and the old market square. The town has a medley of cafes, bars, eateries and small hotels. Pollensa offers a special insight into the Mediterranean lifestyle that has evolved over the centuries, it is a town with history that values its traditions and customs. In the early 1920s, Pollensa became a popular destination for famous painters, writers and musicians who visited the island. Today Pollensa continues to be important to the cultural and art worlds promoting and hosting concerts and exhibitions of relevance, such as the International Music Festival held during the summer months. The event calendar is busy in Pollensa the most notable occasions being the festivals of Sant Antoni in January the Easter celebrations and the week-long festivities of the patron saint ‘La Patrona Mare de Déu dels Àngels’ from the 26th July to and including the 2nd of August. Also well worth visiting is the wine fair in April and the Sunday markets held every week. Points of interest include the convent on the Puig de Maria, where there are fantastic 360º views and a great cafe, and if you book you can even sleep there for a small sum. There is a Roman Bridge, which probably is not Roman and the 365 steps of the Calvario, here too there is a great little cafe at the top to recover from the climb and relish the huge views to both the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia.
