Natural stone house in idyllic Deià with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. The house has a lot of potential. It was built around 1937 and it will need some renovation. Deià, with all its restaurants and shops, is within walking distance. The house is divided into three floors, with a large garden where a pool could be built. The house has two entrances, one through stone steps from the road and the other by car through a small unpaved road. From the entrance area there is direct access to the kitchen and living room. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of Deià and the garden. Deià is a sunny town located on the western coast of Mallorca, a 20-minute drive from Sóller.
