Santa Ponsa is a popular holiday resort in Mallorca, about 20 kilometres southwest of Palma. The town belongs to the municipality of Calvià and offers two main beaches: the spacious "Platja de Santa Ponça" and the smaller, quieter "Caló d'en Pellicer." The main beach is particularly family-friendly and features numerous amenities as well as a promenade with many restaurants, cafés, and shops. The surroundings are characterised by picturesque hills and pine forests, ideal for hiking and cycling. For golf enthusiasts, there are several high-quality golf courses nearby, including the renowned "Golf Santa Ponsa I."
