The intervention is deliberately discreet, allowing the house to feel as though it has evolved naturally over time. Particular attention is given to the relationship between the house and its surroundings, enhancing views of the city and sea, and positioning the main living areas in the most privileged spaces. Terraces are refined and complemented by new outdoor lounge areas, creating inviting environments to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Inside, a calm and elegant atmosphere is achieved through natural, timeless materials and a carefully curated palette.
