These lovely, high quality terraced houses will soon be built in the idyllic village of Algaida, in a very quiet area with views to the Tramuntana mountains. Algaida is located close to the village of Randa, where you will find various cafés and restaurants. Because of its good connection to the motorway, the city of Palma can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The planned project of six houses has a valid building licence and the construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023. Each house will have its own garden between 54m2 - 73m2 with swimming pool. A parking has also been included. Each of the six properties will be distributed between three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) and a guest toilet. The master bedroom will have a dressing room. All materials used are of high quality, such as the Zarci stone floors on the ground floor, the natural stone staircase and wooden parquet flooring on the first floor, the aluminium shutters and the solid wood entrance door. The properties are equipped with underfloor central heating and hot-cold air conditioning.

Algaida: Location and surroundings of this property

The small village of Algaida is nestled in the lowlands between Palma and Manacor. The old windmills that dot the village and its surroundings dominate the landscape, and are the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the name of the village. Off the beaten tourist track, Algaida receives only a small number of tourists all year round compared to the huge tourist centres of the island. It is one of the best places on the island to soak up authentic Mallorcan culture, especially if you are looking for quality local gastronomy. Algaida is made up of three urban centres: Algaida, with around 4,500 inhabitants, Pina, with around 500 inhabitants, and Randa, with just over 100 inhabitants. The highlight of the village is the Puig de Randa, a hill of 543 metres high and on its summit is the Santuario de Cura, a natural and cultural space that is part of the island's heritage, known as the famous philosopher Ramon Llull spent time in its sanctuary. It has several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy, and a sports centre. The beautiful village decorated with sand-coloured Mediterranean style houses is only 20 minutes away from the nearest beaches and the airport, and 30 minutes away from the centre of Palma.
