Exquisite estate in Vall d'en March, one of the most idyllic and exclusive valleys in the northern part of Mallorca, in the heart of the majestic Serra de Tramontana. This unique location is surrounded by lush forests of olive and oak trees, offering an unparalleled natural setting that exudes serenity and privacy.

The property is an ancient oil mill from the 16th century, transformed into a dream residence that blends traditional Mallorcan character with the comfort and luxury of modern living. Recently renovated, it has been meticulously adapted to contemporary needs without losing its historic soul. The renovation features top-of-the-line finishes and details that stand out in every corner, creating an atmosphere of exclusivity and distinction.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the house boasts integrated air conditioning throughout, designer faucets, and high-performance appliances. The luxurious furniture and carefully chosen art pieces adorn every room, while the noble wood and terracotta floors, along with exposed stone walls, add exceptional warmth and authenticity.

The expansive garden and orchard surrounding the house are a true paradise for the senses, with sculptures that enhance the natural surroundings. The 14-meter infinity pool, perfectly integrated into the landscape, invites relaxation under the sun. Around it, a large terrace with luxurious sunbeds and a pergola provides the ideal shade during the hottest hours of the day. In this area, an external bungalow suite adds an extra touch of privacy and comfort.

The house features 6 elegant bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, spread across two floors. In addition, there are several living areas, including the 'tafona' room, the former oil mill, now home to a majestic fireplace that becomes the heart of the home. There's also a cozy lounge with a television, perfect for moments of relaxation.

The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with the latest technology and includes a dining table for 12 people. It’s the perfect space for enjoying the finest culinary experiences. Meals can be shared in any of the three dining areas: one inside, next to the modern fireplace, another in the kitchen with a table for 12, and a third in the outdoor summer dining area, next to the barbecue and wood oven.

On the upper terrace, there’s a pool-jacuzzi with panoramic views of the mountains, an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Location and surroundings of this property

The beautiful old town of Pollensa has a population of more than 16,000 and is part of the Municipality of Pollensa, that also includes Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The town is 6 km from the coast and 58 from the airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca. The old town is characterised by narrow streets and the old market square. The town has a medley of cafes, bars, eateries and small hotels. Pollensa offers a special insight into the Mediterranean lifestyle that has evolved over the centuries, it is a town with history that values its traditions and customs. In the early 1920s, Pollensa became a popular destination for famous painters, writers and musicians who visited the island. Today Pollensa continues to be important to the cultural and art worlds promoting and hosting concerts and exhibitions of relevance, such as the International Music Festival held during the summer months. The event calendar is busy in Pollensa the most notable occasions being the festivals of Sant Antoni in January the Easter celebrations and the week-long festivities of the patron saint ‘La Patrona Mare de Déu dels Àngels’ from the 26th July to and including the 2nd of August. Also well worth visiting is the wine fair in April and the Sunday markets held every week. Points of interest include the convent on the Puig de Maria, where there are fantastic 360º views and a great cafe, and if you book you can even sleep there for a small sum. There is a Roman Bridge, which probably is not Roman and the 365 steps of the Calvario, here too there is a great little cafe at the top to recover from the climb and relish the huge views to both the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia.
