This is a gorgeous villa in top condition, close to the local golf club, surrounded by countryside and mountains and with views to the local mount ‘Puig de Maria’ in Pollensa. Also in the annex but with an independent entrance is a fourth bedroom and shower/toilet. The focal point of this delightful property is the swimming pool (9m x 4.5m with a depth of 1m/1.9m) that is located between the houses and surrounded by lovely gardens with room for the children to play whilst being supervised from the poolside and sun terraces. There is also a Jacuzzi and a small pool (1.50m x 1m with a depth of 70cm). All can be heated on request. A grand summer kitchen with wood oven and barbecue, covered porch and dining area offer the perfect venue for wining and dining with friends and family.
