"Paseo Marítimo" or "Passeig Marítim" in Mallorquin refers to the beautiful promenade that runs parallel to Palma's seashore and extends from the Porto Pi shopping centre to Portixol. On the palm-lined promenade, you pass Palma's marina, where you can admire a variety of boats, from luxurious superyachts to Mallorcan fishing boats. You pass the former "Titos" with its famous past, the Palma Auditorium and the Santa Catalina quarter with its many restaurants and the market hall. Passing the Es Baluard Museum, you head towards the old town and the Almudaina Royal Castle with the impressive Sa Seu Cathedral right next to it. Further on, you pass Palma's city beach and end up in Portixol!
